FAQ - Shipping
The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. Delivery time within the United States is 14-30 days after processing, and 14-30 days internationally as well. Please also take note that there are some unforeseen circumstances like customs delays that we are not able to control on our end and there are also some delays if there is an upcoming holiday season.
You will receive an email regarding to the shipment tracking 3-7 days after the purchase.
Tracking Number usually takes 3-7 business days to be generated. Please take note to allow 3 to 5 business days to update your tracking information. If you don't receive tracking number within 5 business days, kindly send us an email. If the tracking status is "not available" within 3 to 5 business days from the time you have received your tracking number, kindly send us an email too.
What should I do if the received item is damage?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Buyers are required to provide photographic evidence of the product defects.
Can I get replacement for the damaged item?
Yes, within 7 days upon receiving the item. If the defect is valid, we will send another replacement to you.

Shipping & Delivery
We ship to most countries worldwide, for all domestic and international packages. While we strive to deliver goods in the time frame we specify, we cannot guarantee or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time frame. As we rely on third party shipping companies to facilitate our customer deliveries for us, we cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.
All orders will take approximately one business day to process. Delivery within the United States takes approximately 14-25 business days after processing, while international delivery takes approximately 14-25 business days to carry out as well. Kindly note that the delivery time will vary during holidays or limited edition launches.
We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s, customs or back end charges incurred.
IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping details.
In the events where the product received comes with manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request for a product replacement within 7 days of receiving the item. To request for a replacement, buyers are required to provide photographic evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects to us If the case is deemed valid, We will cover related cost to deliver a replacement.
After 7 days of receiving the item, buyers can no longer request for item replacement for any reason.
We do not offer replacement nor return on any free products, for any reason.
Changes on Orders
Buyers are allowed to make changes to orders placed, within 24 hours of making their purchases and before the orders are fulfilled. Additional charges will be incurred by the buyers for any changes made to the orders after 24 hours of making their purchases.
Buyers are not allowed to cancel their purchases after the orders are placed.
